My wife and I have worked with Judy and David NuHavun on several occasions (from 2011 to 2020) which turned out to be beneficial for us. They assisted us on the purchase and sale of our first lake house, sale of our primary residence, and purchase of our current primary residence/lake house. In all instances, they were available when we needed their services. They cared about our houses so much that David even took care of a roof problem while I was away for work. They made it easy for us to complete the home buying and selling process by referring us to real estate attorneys, home inspectors, home appraisers, handyman, and loan officers. They are excellent in what they do, and more importantly, they are a nice and friendly couple who will not stop until their clients sell and/or buy their house.

TIn full transparency, we did not seek out Judy and David to help sell our first home and purchase our second home. We were novices, we didn’t do extensive research on real estate agents, and, thus, it was by pure chance we came to work with them. But we are forever grateful our paths crossed! Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, they were also simply great people who listened, who truly cared, and gave everything they had. With their support and work ethic, we were able to complete the sale of our existing home and purchase of our new home within a couple of weeks! And to our surprise, they checked in on us regularly after the fact just to make sure everything was ok! They are an impressive team and I am confident if you give Judy and David an opportunity to work on your behalf, you will walk away satisfied and with zero regrets!
