Heading north, and into Oswego County, you’ll first go through the quaint little Village of Phoenix, NY. Located on the Oswego River, it’s a scenic drive further north into the Fulton.

One of the first towns settled in the Town of Granby, Fulton incorporated as a village in 1835. The City of Fulton has Lake Neatahwanta to the west and the Oswego River runs through the city.

Following the river north, is the great City of Oswego… “where the water never ends”. This city is big on festivals, hosting the annual 4-day Harborfest on Lake Ontario, well-known all across the state and Canada!
