Shopping & Dining

Since Onondaga is fairly spread out, there aren't any major shopping centers around the town, but the plazas and mall of Syracuse are only 20 minutes away. As far as dining goes, you'll find a few popular locally owned stops within the town's limits. We recommend trying out what's on tap at Red Hawk Brewing, grabbing a Philly from Finally Our's Diner, and treating yourself to the filet mignon at Inn of the Seasons.

Parks & Rec

Since Onondaga covers a more rural area, there are plenty of opportunities to get outside and explore the parks and green spaces. King Memorial Park offers athletic fields and picnic areas, Bellevue Country Club has stunning fairways and a sparkling pool, and Rand Tract Park provides winding trails around the water and plenty of flora and fauna to observe.
